Postage & Packing
Mainland UK Customers
Postage and packing is charged at the standard rate of £4.00 for delivery within Mainland UK.
Free postage and packing is offered on orders exceeding £50.00 for Mainland UK customers.
Overseas Customers
Overseas deliveries including Eire are charged on weight. We will contact you on receipt of your order to confirm additional postage fees.
Delivery
All items ordered will be despatched within 48 hours by Royal Mail, please allow 7–10 days for delivery. Deliveries are made during working hours and will require a signature.
Where items are out of stock, we will notify you by email or telephone and aim to despatch your goods within 14 days. If items become unavailable, we will notify you by email or telephone and provide you with a full refund.
Returns and Exchanges
Our products are chosen with great care and we want you to enjoy them. If you are not happy with the products you have chosen, please return them unused in the original packaging within 14 days to Butterfly Spa, 16 Ladcastle Road, Dobcross, Saddleworth, Oldham, OL3 5QT. We will refund or exchange them for you on receipt. Please note that return postage cannot be refunded. In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty, we will of course reimburse you fully. We cannot be responsible for any parcels that fail to reach us, please do obtain a certificate of posting as proof of postage. Please note that refunds bought as presents can only be given to the original payer.
Prices
All prices are correct at the time of going to press. We reserve the right to change them. VAT at the current rate (where applicable) is included in the prices shown.

Butterfly Spa uses Paypal for our payment processing solution who are recognised worldwide for their security. No credit or debit card information is held by Butterfly Spa.
